Canada It just blows my mind when bosses are so rude when you leave there. And you know what I learnt it is - it's because they want you to stay, because they like you and they know they can't do anything to keep you. When I left my sales job last year my boss and I got along really well, but unfortunately I thought he was going bankrupt so I had to leave before I got drug down....when I gave my 2 weeks notice he was just plain nasty...Finally on my absolute last day he asked what he could do to get me to stay? Pardon? You really haven't been all that nice to me to have me consider reconsidering! I wish people would just honestly say how they feel instead of being rude and making you feel bad for making your OWN life decisions!
