Re: Planners, organizers, friends...       10/28/05 09:47 PM Edit Reply Quote Wind Reged: 04/02/05 Posts: 3178 Okay, don't laugh, but if I don't take my Tegretol or Buspar...I'm frighteningly obsessive/compulsive re: cleaning. When I take my Buspar...I could seriously care less about ritualistic cleaning. Also, I have a cleaning lady come in for 2 hours every week. Basically, I assign a task for everyday and do it FIRST THING in the morning. I'll crank up tunes to blast over my loud thinking re: how much this sucks and well...focus on the tunes more than the cleaning and well forget that it sucks and I'm cleaning. I think about sex or something fun while doing daily maintenance. I guess...it's just something I do in my sleep. I am the type who will make sure that virtually all dishes are done or in the washer prior to eating. I can't eat unless that's taken care of. But, honestly...in order to avoid getting beyond compulsive I have a cleaning lady do it. Kate. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
