BL, you sound just like me -- so much so, in fact, that I had to smile as I was reading your post. I've always got some kind of ache or pain, coupled with my damn cramps every morning, lotsa poops which of course ultimately turn into Big "D", and as I try ignoring it, I lean over the bed in an attempt to make it up, and throw out my back.
Every morning, my adorable hubby says, "How's the diarrhea?" "Fine." "How's your tummy?" "Fine." "How's your back?" "Fine." "How's your knee?" (I had surgery on it a long time ago, and it's never gotten better). I said, "Fine." "How're your shoulders?" (Tough workout the day before.) "Fine." We go through this ritual every morning! It's gotten to the point where I no longer tell him I'm not feeling well -- for whatever reason. Unfortunately, after 39 years of marriage, I don't have to tell him; he KNOWS.
I hate to discourage you, BL, but it gets worse as we get older. The aches and pains, the bumps and grinds, they all increase as our ages do. It sucks.
But at least there's good news: you're not a hypochondriac! Yaaay! Sweetie, try to find the amusement in it: "Sunday I rammed my foot on the side of the tub (after jumping into scalding hot water) and bruised it. Then I started with the vomiting and diarrhea. Last night, I was checking my blood sugar--- and now this." Ya just gotta laugh; it's the best medicine.
Having said that, here's the rub: put on your Big Girl Panties and deal with it. You're not alone; we're all in this together.
