Oh I finally computed this. The thing with shampoo is that they all contain ammonium laurel sulfate which strips hair. That is why we condition afterward. My hair feels like dry straw when I shampoo and so I do it only when I feel the absolute need and then everyday I condition really good and scrub my scalp with conditioner. I never had hair that didn't get frizzy and now my mop is smooth and ringletty. So the thing is to reduce shampoo days until you find where you can be and load on conditioner everyday. If you don't have huge rodeo hair like me you don't have to worry about it, but generally curly hair is dry. BTW my hair doesn't smell or anything! It smells nice and looks pretty nowadays. Not like a few years ago.
