...sort of as a precaution, like Immodium? I get gas too when I drink it, but I know that's a sign it's working. I need to get some of Heather's tea. I just can't decide if I should get the bulk seeds or the tea bags. The bulk seems like it would be more economical and more potent , but the tea bags sure are handier to take to work!
