I assume you didn't eat any sausage but maybe the spices mixed in? If the rice was a mix, maybe there was more fat in it than you can tolerate. About Levsin, someone recently posted about it on the ibs diet board, also there have several posts about it in the past. You should do a search. Hope you feel better.
