Welcome to the website, nice to see new faces around the boards.
I don't know if this is entirely correct, but I am fairly sure that IBS and FBS would be pretty much the same thing. Assumably, you could go about treating them in the same way as well.
I am surprised to hear that your doctor suggested you go LOW fiber, as most of us only hear "Eat more fiber, eat more fiber". Did he say anything else about diet? If you are eating low fiber, what does a daily menu for you look like? I am curious about what sort of diet has been recommended!
