We would have the "buy 1 get 1 free" deals at the grocery store and I would get a couple of family size packs. I would do the same with sausages and ground chicken. I lived alone so I would put one portion in a sandwich bag, then put the bags in zip locks. LOL I washed and reused them too. I posted this before, but I got my Digestive Advantage IBS from Amazon.com for $19.99 for 92 tabs.
