Does anyone's IBS flare up seasonally?       09/18/05 05:29 PM Edit Reply Quote LittleLisa Reged: 06/22/04 Posts: 2018 Loc: USA I know it sounds crazy but I looked at my sick days last year at work and I had a terrible IBS flare up in mid Sept. same time last year as this year. To the day coincindentally.... My gastro one told me one time that it can be a seasonal thing. My coworker also said that when she had her gallbladder her gallbladder would flare up seasonally too. I'm just can't seem to kick this flare up. I've had it maybe 3 weeks now, lost 5 lbs which I CAN NOT afford to do. It's just that I don't want to eat cause it just comes out anyway. Today was a half decent day, I only went once but I "upped" my Bentyl dose yesterday to 3 a day and am hoping that will help.
