You will get more responses if you post your message in IBS diet board. Copy and paste your post in the other board. Have you had allergy testing? If not it wouldn't be a bad idea. Food allergies can cause joint pain. I have a friend who breaks out in hives after eating whey and wheat causes fatigue and she her face and hands swell. Doctors say a true food allergy will cause congestion and rash, which my friend has no congestion with her allergies. What tests have you had to confirm IBS?
