Hi Amanda,
Thanks for your lengthy reply, it sounds like you and I have had some very similar experiences as of late! You and I sound like we were in the same boat with the dentist - I didn't go to the dentist while I was in England so I didn't go for other 2 years. I don't know how much pain it could have saved me, but no point going down that road! I do the grinding thing too, they can probably give you something to wear at night to help a little bit. I hope that your appointment today didn't go too badly, and your teeth have survived the two years really well! As for my eyes, she didn't call it anything from what I remember. She just explained about the inflamed corneas and rough eyelids that are scratching them up (shudder). Yeah, that stuff with the fizzy disk is what I am using now... so maybe it is the same thing. Only thing is, she told me I could keep wearing my lenses. I am leaving them out this week anyway, though. When you had it, did it make your vision worse? The blurriness when I look at the computer screen/TV/whatever is driving me crazy! I am sorry to hear about your bad experiences with the asthma doctor, that sounds ultra annoying and no it doesn't make a lot of sense! I hate that when things are a certain way, and you are completely unaware of them and then when that comes to light they act like you've done something wrong because you don't miraculously know everything.. Grr!
I hope that we both get everything straightened out and can take a break from appointments and pharmacies and everything. I am always so jealous when I see my friends that haven't been to the doctor in like 5 years and gets the okay every year at their dentist checkups and all that. Grrrr!
Let us know how your dentist stuff goes! Cheers! --Steph
