Hi all,
Just an update in case anyone was wondering about my dentist experiences. Thanks to everyone that replied, I am going to try and give some individual replies in a minute! So I went back to the dentist today, this time to the place that uses the gas so I did feel very slightly less nervous when I went in. All the women were SO NICE to me and they all knew that I came in really nervous. Their business cards have a cartoon of someone hiding behind the dentist chair and it says, "We cater to cowards" so that made me laugh. Anyway, the gas did help with especially making the time go by faster. I was in the chair for over an hour, and it didn't feel like more than about half an hour. The dentist was SO NICE. He kept telling me how well I was doing, he did the needle part super fast and he kept explaining what they were doing and what they were almost done doing. I have to go back on Friday to get the second crown appointment, and to have two (instead of one) fillings done. That appointment will be a long one, but then hopefully I will be done for a while. At least for six weeks, for my training at my new job when I am not allowed any time off.
My eyes are still really bothering me, it isn't so much that they are uncomfortable but I feel like my vision is quite badly effected. Like, when I am looking through my glasses it feels like they are really dirty or something but they are perfectly clean... if that makes any sense. I am a little worried that my eyes are really damaged or something, which freaks the he!! out of me!
Thanks for all the support guys! **hugs** --Steph
