This may sound like a minor thing in the wake of what all is happening around the world and our country, and it is. But it's important to me. Homeschooling these kids is a true joy but I and others have been concerned that I don't get to be with other women much - okay, at all. We have family in Va that are wonderful to give us breaks from time to time but I have no regular outlet of any kind and that may contribute to the "blue times" and feeligns of being overwhelmed. I have decided to try a ladies Community Bible Study on Tuesday mornings, it is a multi-denominational, multi-church thing that I've heard WONDERFUL thigns about. Best of all I've herad the children's program is fantastic. So I'm going to give it a try, though I usually don't attempt things like this because Luke's autism/asperger's-related issues make it hard for volunter child workders to deal with him sometims. My other two arent' always a piece of cake either - just insatiably curiuos and independent, though very smart and sweet too - basically good kids but not for the faint of heart!!  Imagine 3 Dennis the Menaces in one family!!  That's how it feels 'round here sometimes - tons of energy, no fear, adventurous, curious, the whole deal. I know it will serve them well as they mature but right now it keeps ya on your toes, for sure. So anyway, I'm worried now as the class starts Tuesday mornign that it isn't going to work and part of me wants to just not even try. I hate the feeling I get when Luke doesn't do well for people, I've been through it so many times before but it does not get easier, and a part of me would rather just stay home than go through that again. But I think we ALL need this and it's a good thing we're trying to do here, so if you would pray that the "track is laid" ahead of my little diesel engine Mr. Luke and all 3 of the kids, actually, that they can enjoy the time with other kids and I can enjoy the time with other ladies!!! I've talked with the teacher and done all I know to do to make it successful, and even so don't "see" how it will work out, but I'm trying to walk by FAITH and NOT by sight, so I'll ask you to pray with me!
