Thanks, I can't believe that it took me so much encouragement to get him to ask and she was so dismissive. Unfortunately, it's the first time we have been to her so I had no idea what she would be like. And as we have moved a lot over the last few years we don't have a regular doctor yet.
As for the diet I have made some of the changes recommended here over the last year and they are helping a lot. Still have some way to go though.
