I also did not gain weight when I got on the pill. My weight has ended up fluctuating since then, but it has correlated with the amount of lasagna and Cherry Coke I consumed (pre-IBS!). I loved being on birth control, but I went off it because I want to get pregnant, and it has been such a nightmare.
