I gained 25lbs on the pill, and so far, I haven't lost a pound of it. Of course, it hasn't even been a month, but still.
I think a lot of it depends on your metabolism. Mine is so slow it's practically nonexistent, and I'd have to work like hell to get the weight back off... going off the pill isn't going to be enough for me.
