Well... it's possible that your IBS is connected to your gallbladder surgery, but not necessarily because of the clips. IBS can be caused by "trauma to the gut" - surgery would definitely count as such. Also, I've heard of a lot of people having IBS symptoms after gallbladder removal - it's a known "side effect" of the surgery. If the clips concern you, ask your doctor about them. But I'd highly doubt that they're affecting your IBS *themselves* - it's more likely that your lack of a gallbladder did it. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
