Welcome to my world as a nursing assistant working at a hospital. I feel really sorry for patients who have no control of their BM's, even though it is a gross job at times.

It sure would have been nice if you were told about her D, so you had the option to just say "no". My only concern is make sure this lady doesn't have C-diff, which is contagious. Ask you neighbors what the virus is and if it is C-diff, it is a bacteria infection typically treated in the hospital.

I'm not trying to alarm you, but err on the safe side.
