I went to visit my friend Andy and his mom in the hospital again on Wednesday, and ended up spending the night in the rehabilitation center with her and driving back Thursday afternoon. It's incredible, I've put 2000 miles on my car this month, just driving back and forth to the eastern shore!! So my back was killing me from the long car drives, but like a fool, I PUSHED it and went shopping for clothing on Friday. I returned some stuff for my BF and bought some fall junk I didn't particularily need, and carried heavy bags around the mall for hours. I fell into bed when I got home Friday, and it's Tuesday today and I'm just getting up and hobbling around. It's like there's a vice that's crushing my kidneys and lower back. I can't put much weight on my left leg or it buckles. Can we say PAIN? So I've done it to myself again. Surprise, surprise. ~nelly~ Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
