You have to eat Gluten Free for life. If you don't, it can kill you! I noticed in another post that you said you were going to continue eating gluten. Do you know how serious this is? Please read this info from the celiac.com website. celiac disease You may not even have IBS. All your symptoms could be cleared up by eating GF! Maybe this explains how you can eat red meat, dairy, and all the other stuff the place you stay serves you. Please, please, please take care of yourself.
