There's not a touchy-feely, sympathetic bone in his body, but he's technically excellent, understands IBS, costs far less than $500, and accepts insurance. Beyond that, some questions. Have your doctors actually diagnosed you with IBS? Is pain your only symptom (I assume not, hence the Zelnorm)?
