Vegetarian guest coming! HELP!       07/27/05 05:41 AM Edit Reply Quote BL Reged: 06/01/03 Posts: 3522 Our oldest son is coming home from college this weekend with 2 friends----- and one is a vegetarian!!! My original thought was to buy some ribeye steaks for the grill, but now that's out the door. What in the heck am I going to have for them to eat? He is not being much help. He suggested I fix pasta---with meatballs on the side. How do I make everyone happy? Hubby and son want meat, vegetarian won't eat meat, and a lot of veggies will kill my IBS tummy!!!! I need EASY ideas for things I can either throw together at the last minute---or prepare ahead of time. And one stupid question----Do vegetarians eat dairy products? (I was going to fix a dessert that has pudding in it. Is milk ok?) Eggs? I don't need anymore stress! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
