I'm in a total Fibro flare atm and hurting more for longer than I have before. I'm so fed up and miserable.
Sooo! Pain-relieving suggestions please! I'm taking Co-codamol (tylenol plus type thing with 1g acetomenophin and 16mg codeine phosphate per dose)...I'm using my heat pad (even in the car)...I'm taking hot baths...and I'm taking my magnesium/manganese. Oh and my Celexa.
Anything else I could do w/out an rx? My GP is cack and as I'm going away on Friday I don't have time to sort that out.
