I know that most people do build up a tolerance for most pain pills. Sometimes, even a lateral move, say to something as strong but in a different "family" of drugs will help. Have you tried Darvocet? Its a step under Vicodin and isn't as addicting so dr's seem to prescribe it a little easier! Soak in a hot tube when you get home with some bubbles and feel better!
