I get so silly when I get down cos I feel %^&$. ANOTHER day of struggling to get going. I've got so much to do this week and all I want to do is crawl back into bed with a heat pad (or three) and cry. Darn painkillers aren't strong enough anymore. Does anyone have any suggestions for something stronger (or longer lasting - mine wears off after less than an hour now ) than UK brand Tylenol Extra (16mg codeine & 1g acetomenophin in eac dose).
