I know it really sucks eh? I remember being so surprised that I could go so much, especially with how little I was eating Anyways, hang in there and try and get some sleep. You could call a pharmacist and see about taking some Ativan maybe (if you still have some) that could help take the edge of the cramps potentially and calm you down. You'd just want to make sure that you tell the doctor that you took some when you go for the procedure.
