The cramps in my stomach are so severe I can barely breathe when they hit, they are high up in my stomach which I did not expect! My poor bum, too! My prep started working after about 50 minutes, and I have been go-go-going since! My bum is so sore and _really_ swollen. It has started to really bleed now as well, oh joy! I can't wait for this to be over..
