Re: Cramping is really bad       07/21/05 04:52 PM Edit Reply Quote Vicam Reged: 02/24/04 Posts: 1955 Loc: Ontario, Canada It should calm down...I found it started cramping and gurgling really bad at first, but then once I started going that pain went away pretty quickly because you evacuate pretty quickly and that gets rid of the building gas too (sorry if TMI). So hang in there, hopefully you'll be feeling better soon! Do you have any Gravol or another anti-nauseant on hand? They can help keep you calm and keep the nausea at bay.
