I saw your intro... I don't know what meds you're on, but yep, I'd up the anti-D meds for sure. And definitely eat SAFE food - I know it'll be hard when you're going out to breakfast, but try to avoid cheese, whole eggs (egg beaters are fine), butter, excessive oil, other dairy foods, and (obviously) anything you already know is going to irritate your gut!
You'll be fine... I say this as the authority who's gotten through 2 weddings as a bride, 3 weddings or so as a bridesmaid, and several dozen weddings as a guest - with not a single problem for ANY of them, and I've had IBS since I was 12. You can do it!
