...the easier it gets. Trust me. I've been selling on and off for 6 years now, and I can whip out 20-25 listings in an afternoon, from start to finish, if I can work uninterrupted.
The "calculate" shipping thing is actually really convenient, if you have an accurate scale and can get the exact weight of the package. That's what you specify for the shipping, so as long as you weighed it right, it's impossible to under-charge shipping. But flat rate works too - obviously, if you have bids! Ebay bidders are used to paying high shipping, most of us don't even give it a second thought anymore.
