Oh Steph... I'm so sorry it was such a horrible experience for you. Unfortunately getting through the shots is the worst part... especially if it's a tooth on the top. Most dentists are fairly compassionate and sensible about when it's ok to begin the procedure... sounds like yours was a little impatient, to say the least.

BTW... how on earth did he break another tooth?? Was he being ruthless in your mouth? Is there another dentist that you can see in the same office that might be less harsh?? If so I would have them fix the broken tooth FREE OF CHARGE and never go back to the other guy.
