Is there an egg white that is vegan? I am just curious...

At the moment I still eat fish and on occasion chicken. BUT I get SO SICK from the chicken (I think I will have to say my good byes for GOOD) and fish is ok on RARE occasion.

What do you ladies (gents too) eat?

So far on my list of to-eats I have:

-Veggies
-Fruits
-Nut butters (use SPARINGLY or get sick)
-Pumpkin seeds in babyfood
-Purees
-Brown rice pasta
-Gluten free crackers
-Herbal teas
-Very rarely almond milk (even this can give me trummy troubles and soy is a MAJOR no no)
-Rice
-Imagine soups
-Spices of all kinds (not ground though...may contain gluten)
-Beans

Anything to add/suggest?

I eat gluten free, dairy free, sugar free (I can have a bit of honey though), and meat free. Also, no cucumbers, white rice/pasta, no chocolate (I KNOW) and nothing with a lot of fat or I overeat it and get sick! I also get GERD when I eat too much fat or too much tomato/marinara sauce. So I am REALLY trying to lower my fat intake!

Thanks soooo much for ideas!!!

With love,

Ruch
