that explains the difference between clomid and letrozole (femara) if anyone is interested! It IS considered off label for fertility still but LOTs of Re's and some obgyn's will prescribe it! I can't remember who said they have a sister on clomid right now and the sister is having a hard time, this may be something for her to check out and ask about!
