The day started off when I walked the dog at 5, fed him, took him out, cleaned him up from the wet muddy ground because it won't stop RAINING here in NC, played fetch a while.
Cooked breakfast for the kids and talked with each of them, changed a wet poopie diaper from a little girl who should not be wearing them anymore, quelled major conflicts.
Emptied and reloaded dishwasher.
Done a load of laundry. (okay, clean and dry, does that count????)
Made a batch of homemade yogurt.
Got a batch of peanut butter balls made and put in freezer.
Done important research on this new member of the family and how to "housetrain" him when it's a major torrential downpour outside and we can't get to the area we've been teaching him to exclusively use!!!!!
Well, had to share, it kind of makes me laugh - think most folks are just now sipping their first cup of Starbucks and checking their email. Which is fine, too, but some folks think we "housewives" sit in our PJ's and watch Good Morning America! ha!!!!!
Back to work!! Got to make a birthday cake for a little girl who is VERY EXCITED that she'll be 3 tomorrow!
