This has been soooo helpful. Thank you! I consider myself a professional nausea fighter...with my IBS I experience about 6 different types (hunger, D, C, hormonal etc) and for each type I use a different method of fighting! I am glad to hear it is similar. My best friend who hates D and much prefers throwing up was telling me yesterday that she prefers it because it is all encompassing...when you throw up its much faster and you can't really think...whereas hours of D makes you very sad and you feel worse and worse...so she can't understand me. Thank you for all your help!I think you are so brave to have kids and have OCD....what a woman!
