Dalia, I hope you don't mind, I'm not Cara, but I think I can answer a couple of your questions. I have obsessive compulsive disorder and my fear of puking is one of my biggest fears. I used to gag while brushing my teeth too. I think the gag reflex gets super sensitive when you're pregnant or something. It's something about having the toothbrush around your tongue and having your mouth open. You just have to be sort of careful while brushing, that's all. I found eating light carb meals helpful. Smells and nausea depends on the person. I found somethings would set me off. I remember one friend couldn't stand the smell of hamburgers. Another one it was coffee. And of course, Cara and the dog poo.
