Dalia, I'm another one of those who are deathly terrified of throwing up. And I made it through 2 pregnancies. Although I didn't throw up in either, I was so nauseous, I felt like I was going to much of the time. Trust me, you'll get through it. You'll be so happy you're pregnant that it'll get you through it. Besides, it doesn't last long. Before you know it, you're in the second trimester feeling like a million bucks. Besides, there's a lot you can do. Saltines, eating carefully, lots of ginger tea, etc. There's even a prescription drug you can get for the nausea and vomiting. It's basically an antihistamine combined with B12. It's called Diclectin.
You'll get through it when the time comes.
