Did a little more thinking and research.

I checked their calendar of events. Looks like they have stuff going on about 2 weekends a month that the Museum Educator is probably present at. I already work 2 weekends a month, so I don't think it would be too bad.

After today, at my present job, I'm no longer certain it would be that much more stressful...and it might even be "good stress, " at that. You know, the stress of new challenges.

Where I am now, we are getting stretched pretty thin. Our site is really growing, it terms of programs & what there is too see, but not in terms of staff or budget. (Oh, the joys of the non-profit world.) I don't think much is going to change any time soon. And my boss...Well, I won't even get in to that. Suffice it to say that she is one of those people who radiates tension and her staff (myself and three others) finds it increasingly difficult to work with her.

I think I'm going to dust off my resume, gather my courage & confidence, and mail in my resume within the next week.
