Do you guys have posture problems? My mom has always gotten on me for slouching. And I have tried explaining to her that I know I should stand up straight but it makes my back really hurt. I have always had a "weak" back and would get pinches in my back that would take me to the ground instantly. I want to stand up straight but it really hurts and always has. I stood up straight when I was little but kinda developed a slouch due to the pain in my back.

Is this fibro related? Do you guys have weak backs? Do you have any suggestions like maybe a back brace to help me stand up straight but take some of the pressure off my back? I asked my doc about it and he just shewed me off the subject. My mom says when I am an old lady I will be a hunchback, just like are old neighbor. She was bent half over and couldn't stand up straight, it looked real painful. I don't want that to be me.
