We've had bad diaper rashes (not that bad though) a few times for a variety of reasons. We have had eczema rashes that need a perscription to clear up. That is probable not what he has. With the antibiotics it makes me think it might be a yeast infection which is thrush or another type of fungel. I was told with Zoe that if A & D ointment isn't working then you need to use a perscription called Nystatin cream. It was the physicain assistant but he said it almost always clears it up. I think I've used it with all three at one time or another and it clears it right up. It does seem, however, unreal that the dr. hasn't been able to help him with the rash. I hope he finds some relief soon. Poor little guy .
