The main part of DH's decision to go into the army is for this reason. He works 80 hours a week atm and we still can hardly afford to live! We already have sold our 2nd car (a few years ago now)and all the rest of it. It's hard to share a car and housebound is awful. My heart goes out to you and your DH, money issues are no fun at all. I don't really have any advice but just wanted to offer a shoulder for you if you need it. Hope something comes up for you soon.
