Linz, I know it's hard to be out of work, and I know what it's like to be in a relationship where only one of you is working. Money sucks! And life can sure turn out to be craptastic at times! I hope you're finding ways to manage all that stress so that you don't get sick. It's hard being positive when you feel stuck, isn't it? At least, you don't have any children to worry about.
Do you have any friends or family who would be able to help out (or would you be willing to ask them for help)? I don't know how disability works in the UK, but do you have the option of short-term disability? Would you be able to supplement it with part-time work?
I really hope you get one of those jobs you applied for. Linz, you're well-educated and so smart--I'm sure you have a long list of qualifications--I can't imagine that they wouldn't hire you! When do you expect to hear from them?
