Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards

Hi all, sorry that I haven't posted in ages. I don't have a computer at home anymore and I just got back to work today.

Here are the highlights:

- The move went well and took 3 hours. The movers sucked though and one of them told me I was moving into a drug neighbourhood. Nice guy!

- A good friend came over the afternoon that I moved and helped me unpack EVERY single box. I owe her my first-born. He, he. Then another friend came over and we all went out for a late dinner at a pub.

- My brand new Ikea couch was delivered yesterday��.only to find out that it's WAY too big and didn't even make it up the first stairway so they had to take it back and I need to get a WAY smaller one.

I really like my new place. It's very cozy and funky. It's very feminine though, which is kind of funny. It's my bachelorette pad. It's very spacious and I absolutely cannot wait to use my enormous deck in the summer. There is a bbq that was left behind and I am guessing I get to keep it. Yes, vegetarians do bbq! Just not meat, tofu products and veggies! Yum.

My new neighbour (landlord below) is mostly quiet but she definitely likes to listen to music. I've heard loud enough music coming from her apt three or four times now. It was VERY loud last night but only for one or two songs before she turned it way down. I have no choice and will never complain. I have to get used to it and this way I will be able to play my own music.

I could write another paragraph or two but I don't want this to be too long. If anyone wants to know anything, just ask.

I love my new place and so far I like living alone. The first day was hard, as I felt lonely until my friend came over. What a great gal she is!
