Diagnosis.....       03/27/05 10:49 PM Edit Reply Quote nikjones_uk Reged: 01/04/05 Posts: 700 ...so far guess work as I say, because my doctors are absolute rubbish and won't listen to me. So I have been doing a food / liquid / symptoms diary - and have researched c/albicans. I realise that self diagnosis is a bit of a dangerous thing, but I remember feeling just like this before I went off the bread and sugar, but when I went off the bread/sugar/carbs I was feeling fine and my gerd was fine and I felt great....but now after tonnes of carbs/sugar I feel bleh again.....so I'm going to alter my diet again and go from there, if I don't feel any better - doctors I go!!
