I've been thinking about the new diet my naturopath put me on (no wheat, sugar, caffeine, msg, chocolate, vinegars, yeast, etc), and I haven't really noticed a difference. She wanted me to go off my anti-deps, but I don't think that, emotionally, it's a good idea. For the few weeks before the Vega testing, I was fine, no attacks, and pain was at a minimum.
So I was thinking, maybe add wheat into my diet again? If only in pasta (couscous?)? The only thing I am really having a problem with is pastas, because I REALLY hate rice pasta.
Any advice from my vega girls?
