And, yes, it really can get this bad. I too am very thin but look 6 months pregnant by end of day, sometimes even waking up looking like this. It is very frustrating and disheartening.
Doesn't make you feel very attractive does it! Bad for self esteem to always feel fat, as much as you tell yourself it's not fat, it's bloat.
