I was blocked up once and i could have a bm it just wasn't what was needed to get it all out. Even some laxitive really didn't work. What did work was a coffee enima. Sounds weard but you get cleaned out a lot better than a fleets or sopository. I don't know if your haveing the exact same thing but it may be worth looking up and/or asking your doctor.
