hey sweetie..you never replied to my email by the way!! congrats on going on this diet - sounds good! :-) 1)absolutely normal on detox...it could last even a week (not fun when you have kids but it will be soooo worth it in the end!) 2)the D may take a few weeks to come to an end...let it come out..its bad stuff so let it come and let your body clean itself..I know its far from fun, but go with the flow...treat yourself to a good read or something..:-) 3)oh my Lord there are soooo many yummy things you could make..tell me what kind of food you like (which flavours...thai, indian, western..and I will cook up some things for you!!)
hang in there...oh maple syrup is a sugar so thats a bummer...how about some chopped fresh banana with the pancakes and a little applesauce to make them moist?
