Bowel Obstruction???

Hey Guys,

Has anyone here ever had a bowel obstruction? I'm totally freaked out because I know that partial obstructions can be fairly common with endo (which I have) and I'm having these horrible pains in my abdomen. The doc I saw today said she could feel the bowel spasming but that was it. I assume it's probably not an obstruction, I've still got my appetite (to a degree) and I'm not vomiting or anything, and I've been able to go a little. Does anyone have any experience with this? Does this sound like it's probably not a bowel obstruction? I don't want to go on a all-liquid diet if I don't have to because I'm hungry and I don't have many appealing liquids ... but I don't know what to do
