So, I'm thinking about reducing my sugar consumption even further and I have a few questions!
1. What's the view on honey? Is it ok? Is it ok in small amounts?
2. I assume fructose is ok, yes?
3. If the answer to 1 is ok, then do you have any recipes for honey cakes, sugar-free cereal bars, etc.
4. If I cheat occasioanlly with a tiny bit of dark chocolate, will that set me back to the beginning? I rarely have this anyway, but it's one thing I'm not going to give up entirely! Good chocolate is TOO good. 
5. Slightly off topic, but do you consider wheat to be bad? I did a month and a half GF and didn't feel any better and missed all my IBS staples, so I'm not really thinking of going GF, just wanted your opinions!
